How long will my artwork take to complete?
Most art is completed in 5–7 days from the day your ROUGH DRAFT is APPROVED. Expedited completion is available for an extra fee. Estimated completion dates may change slightly depending on order volume.

Can I request custom dimensions?
Yes! Most designs fit perfectly in our template sizes, but if you need specific width or height, submit your measurements and reference photos via our contact form for a custom quote.

How do I submit reference photos?
After checkout, submit 1–3 reference photos using the same email used at checkout. This ensures your order is matched correctly and work can begin promptly. If you don’t have photos, reply with details about your design or any changes you want.

Can I make changes to my design after placing an order?
Minor clarifications can be requested during the digital rough draft phase. Once your final design is approved, no further changes can be made.

How is my art shipped?
Delivery times vary by location and carrier. All pieces are carefully packaged to ensure they arrive safely.

How should I care for my artwork?
Display indoors only. Garages and sheds are okay. Avoid direct sunlight, excessive heat, and submerging the art in liquid. Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners.

By placing an order, you agree to the terms below. You confirm that all reference materials submitted are accurate and that you have the rights to use them.
Pricing & Payment
All prices are final. Payments are processed at the time of checkout. GLXW reserves the right to adjust pricing for custom dimensions or expedited orders.
Refunds & Cancellations
All art is custom-made. Refunds are not available once payment is made. Minor design clarifications are accepted during the digital rough draft phase.
Estimated Completion
Completion dates are estimates based on current order volume. Production may be delayed due to high demand, material availability, or other unforeseen circumstances. GLXW will communicate any changes to your estimated completion date promptly.
Liability
GLXW is not responsible for delays or damage caused by shipping carriers. Customers are responsible for providing correct shipping information.

All GLXW designs remain the intellectual property of GLXW. Customers may display purchased artwork for personal use. Commercial use or reproduction is prohibited without prior written permission.
