After checkout, you will receive a confirmation email asking for submission of 1–3 reference photos using the same email used at checkout. This ensures we can match your files to your order and start work promptly. If you do not submit reference photos please submit a few sentences about what sort of design you're wanting completed in the size that you paid for!
Your design is cut as large as possible, edge to edge within the selected template size, not as a full square. Final dimensions vary slightly depending on the shape of the design. Most designs fit perfectly within the template sizes.
Art is typically completed within 5–7 days after order confirmation. Expedited completion is available for an additional fee. A form can be emailed to you upon request for expedited completion request.
Aftercare Instructions
This product is HEAT AND WATER RESITANT not heat and waterproof. Display indoors only ( Garages and sheds are okay. ) Avoid direct sunlight, heat, and submerging in water.
Clean gently with a soft cloth. Do not use chemicals or abrasive cleaners other than multipurpose or glass cleaners.
